License Music for Use on Television, Film, Web & Radio

We have created an environment that includes several well-appointed production suites for songwriters to work and receive mentorship from world renowned professionals, including Hall of Fame songwriter David Porter. Additionally, we have two publishing companies with music catalogs that feature music that has already been licensed in motion pictures and on the album of a Grammy-nominated artist.

Artist Services

We are reviving the lost art of developing recording artists as compelling storytellers who are able to both paint word pictures with their lyrics and are also able to effectively enlist their audience to join them on an emotional journey. To this end, we work with artists to bring out their authentic voice through sound recordings, live performances and social media. We are not afraid to sign an unknown artist because we believe in our process and the quality of the music produced by our team.

George MongerDirector of Business Development

In just 29 years, George C. Monger has packed more into a career than most, following his passions for the music industry and community leadership, his career has included starting his own record label, running for political office and managing an internationally touring artist – and that was before he graduated high school.

George’s interest in the music industry began at a young age. Inspired by his father’s work in finance and his brother’s experience as a talented opera singer, George saw a way to blend these two interests by focusing on business-related roles in the music industry.

George managed the promotions, tour scheduling and contract negotiations for a dramatic tenor, which resulted in partnerships in the United States and international tours in Germany, Spain and Eastern Europe. The experience showcased George’s leadership skills and business acumen, and by the age of 18 he used this experience to develop his own distribution relationship with Sony’s IODA.

Always looking for new challenges and opportunities for growth and leadership, George decided to increase his involvement in public policy by running for Memphis City Council in 2007, at the age of 18 and went on to serve as the youngest Election Commissioner in Tennessee history.

While attending The University of Memphis George met legendary songwriter David Porter and began providing business and technology consulting work for him. After graduation, David invited George to serve as the Executive Director of The Consortium Memphis Music Town, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing a viable music industry in Memphis for the future.
